Use a RHD throttle cable

I doubt if your local dealer can order you one from a RHD 190 but you might want to try.....

The RHD cable is 50% longer but can be shortened. You may want to try the UK 190 forum, I am sure someone there can help you out.

Regards,
bobf

The throttle cable from a 1994-1997 C280 (w202) is identical to the w201 but is about 10 inches longer. You could get a used one from a junkyard.....if it's long enough for you.
